Heavy webbed adjustable luggage strap with plastic snap buckle, about 2" wide, marked "Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers - S.C.I." (Sheraton Club International).
Use to hold luggage securely closed when checking baggage at the airport or train. Makes for easier identification of bag as it comes down the carousel.
Nice condition, some scratches on the buckle.
